KM with 'The Beast' >>>Two young sweet chestnuts dictate the name of this pitch. It is very much a 'hot or cold' swim and you either love it or hate it. You have access to fish alongside the large weed-bed to the left of the swim, plus you have the chance of catching at any distance, whether it be close, medium or long-range. It is even worth casting long-range to fish jumping on the other side of the lake, providing no-one is fishing opposite, as the lines entering the area from an unusual angle often fool the fish.

Some anglers have never caught from this swim, whilst others have enjoyed multiple catches from here. This area tends to produce fish if they are already present before you arrive, if not, it can be a long wait!
