The Royal Box is a large comfortable swim which can easily accommodate two sets of rods. It also enjoys the benefits of Cypry Lodge, which houses a washroom, shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. As you can imagine, one can get quite comfortable in the depths of winter in this swim!

Members are allowed to bring a wife or girlfriend to the lake and this offers them a little comfort during their stay. Members can reserve Cypry Lodge for certain dates (no charge of course!) to guarantee its availability Even when someone is in the lodge; members have full access to the washroom, toilet and shower via a separate entrance.

The Royal Box offers a huge fishing area; you have complete access to the middle of the lake, including 'The Boxing Ring', plus marginal areas to the left out from the Norfolk reed and the secluded bay to the right, which is home to several lily beds.
